In Keeping with ACL prevention, Daisy Davalos, Tabitha Toral & Victoria Viramontes from my class at Cal State San Bernardino came up with, a jump rope routine, for your athletes. The importance of this is to:
- Land softly
- Make sure your knee don’t go in
- Knees over your toes.
