Welcome
The SPORT Foundation will be presenting our 20th Annual Conference “Practical Applications in Sports Medicine” on June 4-6, 2010 at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel. We are happy to have Community Medical Group and The SPORT Clinic as some of our sponsors for this event. Please be sure to mark these dates on your calendar of events. The SPORT Foundation is looking forward to your company joining this year’s conference.
Demographics
Last year more than three hundred (328 ) medical professionals made up primarily of physical therapists 52%, athletic trainers 43% and other medical professionals 5%, including orthopedic surgeons, family physicians, occupational therapists and athletic administrators participated to make the conference an outstanding learning experience. Last year’s conference featured Hunter “Patch” Adams, the real man behind the hit movie “Patch Adams,” starring Robin Williams, who presented “The Joy of Caring”. This year we will have expanded Surgical Demonstrations on Cadavers, as well as interactive lecture sessions headlining today’s medical concerns.

The cost for a booth is $400.00, Non-profit organization tax donation; ID #33-0224471 made payable to:

There will be an additional fee of $10.00 for electrical power source. To reserve your booth space print the registration form and return it to The SPORT Foundation at your earliest convenience.
As an exhibitor you will receive:
One 10 x 10 space, carpeted (no pipe and drape is used for the show).
One 6’ draped table (additional tables available if needed).
Two chairs
Access to standard (110v) electricity (as available).
Company marketing material in all registration packets
Company name on Practical Applications In Sports Medicine website.
