ACL Injury Prevention
Check out this ACL Prevention dance, this quest here is to land softly and not have your knees go in.
In Keeping with ACL prevention, Daisy Davalos, Tabitha Toral & Victoria Viramontes from my class at Cal State San Bernardino came up with, a jump rope routine, for your athletes. The importance of this is to:
- Land softly
- Make sure your knee don’t go in
- Knees over your toes.
